This piece, for a Du Maurier Classic Golf Tournament, was a lot of work. A lot of work beyond what shows. While the concept itself was pretty simple, the only photo of the course that I was supplied with had been taken in April, which wasn't exactly ideal to advertise an August event. The trees were bare, the sky was cloudy, the water was dark, the green not all that green. A daunting technical challenge!
